Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or unsealed hair products are not returnable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@theaverycollection.com with the following:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return

• The reason for return

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
